1. How do I create a new Life Roadmap? Roadmap or Life Tab is automatically generated after you complete your tasks or to-do list.
2. How do I add the Haluan widget to my Home Screen? Widgets are still under development consideration because we believe users get better focus by opening the app directly.
3. Are my tasks and roadmaps backed up? Yes! As long as you are logged into your account, all your data is securely synced and backed up to the cloud. You can access your roadmaps from any device by logging in with the same account.
4. How does Haluan Premium work? Haluan Premium unlocks advanced features, including unlimited roadmaps, detailed progress analytics (charts), and exclusive widget designs. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s App Store or Google Play Store settings.
5. I’m not receiving reminder notifications. What should I do? Please ensure that you have allowed Haluan to send notifications in your device’s system settings.
- Go to Settings > Apps > Haluan > Notifications and ensure they are turned on. Also, check inside the app settings to make sure your task reminders are enabled.
