Ujang Hendrawan or Keluarga Jet Online (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Haluan mobile application (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Application includes:
a. Personal Data When you register for an account, we may collect personally identifiable information, such as:
- Name
- Email address
b. App Usage & Roadmap Data To provide the core functionality of the app, we collect and store the data you input, including:
- Task titles, descriptions, and completion status
- Roadmap categories and milestones
- App preferences and settings
c. Automatically Collected Data (Device & Usage Information) When you access the Service, our servers automatically record information that your device sends. This data may include:
- Device ID, model, and operating system
- App usage statistics and interaction data (e.g., features used, session duration)
- Crash reports and performance data
2. How We Use Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Synchronize your roadmap and tasks across multiple devices securely via the Cloud.
- Process your subscriptions and payments (via our third-party provider, RevenueCat).
- Send you push notifications and reminders regarding your tasks (you can opt-out of these in your device settings).
- Improve app performance, analyze usage trends, and fix bugs.
- Respond to customer support inquiries.
3. Third-Party Services
We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, and contractors who perform services for us or on our behalf. The third-party services we use include:

- Expo / React Native: The core framework of our application, which may collect basic crash reports to help us improve stability.
Note: We will NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures (such as Google Firebase’s secure cloud infrastructure) to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We will retain your personal information and app data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Your Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. You can delete your account directly within the Haluan app by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by contacting us via email. Once requested, all your personal data, tasks, and roadmaps will be permanently deleted from our servers.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
